Trisxy India respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. We provide a process for copyright owners or their authorized representatives to report content on the Site that they believe infringes their copyright.

This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement complaint and how Trisxy may respond to a valid report.

Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content available on Trisxy infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright complaint to support.in@trisxy.com.

To help us review the complaint, please provide sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the material you believe is infringing.

A copyright notice should generally include:

• Your full name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
• Information that reasonably identifies the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant Trisxy page or advertisement URL where available.
• A statement explaining why you believe the material infringes your copyright.
• A statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
• A statement confirming that the information provided in the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your electronic or physical signature, where required.

Review of Copyright Reports

After receiving a copyright complaint, Trisxy may review the information provided and take appropriate action based on the circumstances, applicable law, and Site policies.

Depending on the circumstances, Trisxy may remove, disable access to, restrict, or otherwise address the reported content. Trisxy may also contact the relevant Advertiser or request additional information where necessary.

Submitting a copyright complaint does not automatically guarantee removal of the reported material.

Counter-Notification

If content has been restricted or removed following a copyright complaint, the affected Advertiser or User may contact Trisxy if they believe the action was taken in error or that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use the material.

Any response should explain the basis of the objection and provide relevant supporting information. Trisxy may review such information and determine what further action, if any, is appropriate.

False or Misleading Reports

Copyright complaints should only be submitted by copyright owners or persons authorized to act on their behalf. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or abusive copyright claims may result in the rejection of the complaint and may have other consequences under applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate and based on the circumstances, Trisxy may take measures against Users or Advertisers who repeatedly submit content that infringes the rights of others or otherwise violates applicable Site policies.

Other Intellectual Property Rights

This policy primarily addresses copyright complaints. If you believe that content on the Site infringes another intellectual property right, such as a trademark or other protected right, you may contact Trisxy with relevant details so that the matter can be reviewed.
