The Site acts as a platform provider only. Trisxy does not act as an agent, representative, intermediary or contracting party between users.
Users of the Site (collectively, “Users”) comprise Advertiser Users and Recipient Users, as described below.
Advertiser Users create content displayed on the Site and may upload advertisements and create profiles in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable Paid Services terms (“Paid Services”).
Recipient Users may access content published by Advertiser Users and may contact Advertiser Users through the contact information made available by those Advertiser Users.
Trisxy does not participate in, control or guarantee any transaction, arrangement, communication, meeting or other interaction between Advertiser Users and Recipient Users.
By continuing to browse or use the Site, Users confirm their acceptance of the Terms of Use applicable at the time of their visit.
If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you must immediately stop using the Site and the Service.

Advertiser Users are responsible for the advertisements, profiles, images, descriptions and other content they publish on the Site.
Trisxy does not exercise general editorial control over, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of, advertisements or profiles submitted by Users.
However, Trisxy reserves the right to remove, restrict, modify or disable advertisements, profiles or other content where we consider that such content:

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Advertiser Users further represent and warrant that they have the legal right to publish their advertisements and that they are not using the Site to offer or promote services that are unlawful in their applicable jurisdiction.
Any attempt by a person under 18 to access or use the Service, or to misrepresent their age, constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use.
Users are solely responsible for their conduct while using the Site and for their interactions with other Users and third parties.
Advertiser Users are responsible for ensuring that the information, images and other materials included in their advertisements are accurate, lawful and authorised for publication.
Recipient Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding whether and how to communicate or interact with Advertiser Users.
Trisxy does not guarantee the identity, age, intentions, conduct, representations or reliability of any User.
Trisxy does not intervene in relationships, negotiations or arrangements between Advertiser Users and Recipient Users.
The Site is not an intermediary or agent of Users and does not become a party to any agreement, transaction or arrangement entered into between Users.
Any communication, negotiation, meeting, transaction or other interaction between Users takes place at the Users' own responsibility.
Trisxy is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, disputes or liabilities arising from interactions or arrangements between Users, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Trisxy does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information contained in advertisements or profiles published by Users.
Trisxy does not guarantee that an advertisement will result in a successful contact, communication, negotiation, transaction or other outcome.
Users should exercise their own judgment and take appropriate precautions when communicating or interacting with other Users.
By uploading an advertisement, profile, image or other content to the Site, the Advertiser User confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish that content.
Advertiser Users must not upload personal information, images or other material relating to another person without that person's appropriate consent.
Where an advertisement contains personal data, the Advertiser User is responsible for ensuring that the publication of such information is lawful and authorised.
Trisxy processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Where Paid Services are available, Advertiser Users agree to the applicable terms presented at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a Paid Service, an Advertiser User authorises Trisxy to provide the selected promotional or visibility-related service for the applicable period and under the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Trisxy may suspend or remove an advertisement or profile where the User breaches these Terms of Use or applicable rules. Where a breach has occurred, Trisxy may restrict future use of Paid Services and may refuse or limit refunds to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Trisxy does not guarantee any particular number of views, contacts, responses, enquiries or other results from Paid Services.
Where payments for Paid Services are processed through a third-party payment provider, the applicable payment provider's terms may also apply.
Trisxy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, interruptions or failures of a third-party payment provider, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back or otherwise challenged, Trisxy may temporarily restrict the relevant advertisement or account while the matter is being reviewed.
Where required or considered appropriate, Trisxy may introduce procedures to verify the age or identity of an Advertiser User.
Where such verification is implemented, Users may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for the verification process.
Any personal information collected for verification purposes will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Users must not use the Site improperly or for any unlawful purpose.
Users must not publish, transmit, upload or otherwise make available through the Site content that:
Advertiser Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the services, offers and content described in their advertisements are lawful in the jurisdiction in which they operate.

Publishing content without the appropriate consent may result in immediate removal of the content and suspension or termination of the User's access to the Site.
Users must not use the Site to harass, threaten, intimidate, blackmail, defame or abuse another person.
Users must not publish another person's private or personally identifiable information without appropriate consent, including, where applicable:
Content that violates this section may be removed without prior notice.
Trisxy reserves the right to remove advertisements, profiles or other content and to suspend or terminate access to the Site where a User seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms of Use.
Trisxy may also take action where necessary to protect Users, the Site, the Service or the rights of third parties.
Where an advertisement or profile is removed or an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, the User may not be entitled to a refund for Paid Services, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trisxy and its service providers shall not be responsible for:

No refund or credit may be provided where an advertisement or profile has been removed, or an account has been restricted, because of the User's breach of these Terms of Use, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated, the Site, its design, branding, software, text, graphics and other materials provided by Trisxy are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use Trisxy's proprietary materials without appropriate permission.
User-generated content remains the responsibility of the User who submitted it, subject to the rights granted to Trisxy for operating and promoting the Service.
These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation and use of the Site in India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to Users under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to remove or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
